Una joven aparece de repente en una extraña habitación junto a 12 personas más. Forma parte de un juego, en el que deben encontrar las piezas de un puzzle en una misteriosa caja que será la llave de la libertad. A todos ellos se les ha asignado un collar eléctico que los elimina uno a uno, a la vez que las luces de la habitación empiezan a apagarse. ¿Qué misterio hay detrás de toda la trama?, ¿quién será la próxima víctima?.
